THREE-YEAR-OLD Marseille En Fleur is back at the top of her game.
The Swiss Ace filly returned to the winner’s stall with a good win in a Class 2 (1200m) at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, July 8.
Aided by a copybook ride by Damian Browne, she finished strongly on the crown of the track on the heavy going to win comfortably by a length after being well backed to start $2.50 favourite.
“It was great to get her back in the winner’s stall,” said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
“She’s had a few setbacks but returned to form with a great ride by Browney,’’ he said.
“She’s bred by Stuart Ramsey and raced by our very good clients, the Britt family.
“She has good residual as a broodmare, being black type.”
