The real Mymming has stood up and landed a betting plunge at the same time.
The Stratum four-year-old had disappointed in town first-up but was back to her best at the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, March 31.
Ridden by Jimmy Orman, Mymming, well backed to start $2.70-favourite, finished strongly down the outside to win a Class 4 (1200m) at her second run back.
"It was great to see her bounce back after being a bit disappointing last start,'' said trainer Stuart Kendrick.
"She took plenty of benefit fitness wise from that first run and it showed,'' he said.
"She'll go back to town now."
The win completed a double for Kendrick Racing after earlier winning with Striking Distance.
The home track double was a perfect way to celebrate news that Kendrick Racing will be naming rights sponsor of the 2019 Caloundra Cup.
